Needed to pick up tools for a job close by. Unfortunately neither did anybody pick up the phone nor were the doors of the store unlocked at 10:12 on a Thursday. So I can't really recommend this store.
How to I put into words how impressed I was. Gave them a call, asked a few questions, ordered next day. They said 5 business days it would be in my hand, and it was! The tracking number by CP said 10 business days, but by day 5. In hand. Friendly service, accurate, and not a scratch on the box or product. Took a $700 tool and sold for $300. Fantastic service, fantastic prices. 10/10, would buy again.
Top notch unmatched service. I bought a tormek sharpening cabinet from dave, which he shipped across the country. He went above and beyond to ensure no damage would happen during transit. Quick shipping And response time. I would highly recommend anybody to purchase from Dave Stress free. Excellent experience will buy from him again.

Everyone at this shop is so friendly helpful and professional. I was looking at some silky saws. Some of the info between US sites and Canadian sites had some differences and did not specify if the blades had the XL teeth. Both the owner Dave and the employee I spoke to got me the information in a very fast friendly manner and despite several phone calls were not bothered by my multitude of questions.
