They are so great. I got a set of all season tires a few years ago after sliding into a stop sign one winter. The tires worked great. Not only that but, one of the tires started loosing pressure this year, I brought in my car to have them look at it. They diagnosed, repaired it and sent me on my way free of charge since I bought my tires through them. 100% only using them going forward. Plus everyone is always so happy, nice and helpful!
I don't write reviews often, but this a must write. This business is one The Best of Any type I have ever dealt with, and by far and away it is The Best tire service I have ever dealt with. They are ultra accommodating getting you in, the wait is extremely minimal when you are there, they know exactly what they are doing, they are super nice, and they are honest. Had a great experience this past weekend with Big Bear! A tire was losing air and I was able to get in the next day for an inspection. While scheduling the appointment, we discussed potential outcomes (ie a repair or replacement). They patiently answered all of my questions in case a replacement was necessary. Thankfully it wasn’t. They found a nail and were able to repair the tire. I was in and out within 30 min for less than $50. I’ll be back when I need new tires!
