Disappointed, with inventory
Horrible experience and will never buy from here anymore. I should have gone to Broadmore RV where I have always purchased new trailers for years. The sales staff here was good but the service department is horrible, maybe the owner doesn’t know what’s going on but should. I scheduled some repairs with the service department and when I got there I was told they would have to order the parts so I had to leave my trailer parked there for about 3 days until the part arrived. Amazing
At first our experience was wonderful. Our salesman was great. When we went to pick up the brand new trailer the person doing walk through knew the bare minimum about the trailer. They turned on the water and had the pump under the outside kitchen undone. Water then went all the way to the back room. Fingers crossed that doesn’t cause future damage. Trim was lose and we were told it would be fixed before we left. Go figure...was not fixed. Was told we were purchasing the stabilizer brand hitch. Not what we got..we got a husk... read more
