Avoid Big Bear Properties - this is a predatory company! First of all, they left my wife, a diabetic cancer patient, in a freezing cold house for days before restoring heat. Then, they made all of the tenants (mostly college students) pay the rent for the housemate who had to leave - because they don't really manage anything except their own bank account. I have loved living here! They are great people, communication is great, professional. Everything I could hope for. I have nothing bad to say! The process of getting the lease, owning, issues, it’s all been smooth. Very understanding group of people. Blessed to have such a great first apartment! Thank you!
I wouldnt reccomend this property place. When theres mold they expect u to pay for it and clean it up. They are the ines thst should take care of it.

Charging out the ass for a beat up house is wild.5,000 a month for a house thats worth maybe 1900. Do better
