The best place to buy a house or apartment in the city of Greeley, Co.
Don’t rent from these people they do the bare minimum. We pay for lawn care but there is now lawn just dirt so once a year they come by to weed wack the dirt and claim they aren’t responsible for the backyard care ( house is split unit) but say we are responsible when in lease clearly states they are responsible. Last year I paid to have it done when it got overgrown few times but not again. Let alone the price we pay for rent. Big Bear Properties was easily one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had in Greeley. The house was literally falling apart in multiple areas, yet it constantly felt like the landlord was being protected instead of the tenants actually paying to live there. Issues that should’ve been taken seriously were brushed aside, delayed, or handled with the bare minimum effort. I've been a renter for a year and signed a new lease. They are a great landlord and if there are maintenance or repairs needed, reply quickly and provide excellent service. We are very happy in our home.
