I had a great company before, and Big Bear bought it, and it was a rough experience. Communication was a serious issue. Texts, emails, calls, would go weeks with a late response, or no response at all. I had to go in person to ask questions because they wouldn't reply to me. I actually listed all of the instances out, but it exceeded the character limit, so here are a few examples: -didnt reply to me when asking about potential showings. My daughter rented from Big Bear for 2 years while at UNCo and they were great. Very affordable, safe, communicative and easy to make mostly payments. Highly recommend.
No response or communication when it came to our application. Even to get a” you were denied” they couldnt tell us. Jackie always happened to be busy or coincidentally in a meeting lol. Left us in the wind with the application fee and pet deposit!!! Highly do not recommend!!!!!!
