I would never rent from them again. I lived in a big bear property for two years. Over that time the house flooded twice: once due to natural causes and another because a pipe burst. It took them over a week to do anything about the water and my roomate and I were unable to live in the place. greeley best slum lord, clean the house as much as you want when you move out they will start charge you for 11 hours of cleaning (prob took about 2 hours to clean in the state we left) they will charge you for paint damage that was there before so you might as well paint as well. also got charged more then my last move out because i didn’t re rent from them. my car also got shot while i was living there, i ended up with 1000s of dollars of damage to my car which they didn’t even know about when 3 total units they own were i... read more
They will lie and not come fix broken appliances and then charge you for them when you move out. Very scummy company that enjoys taking money from college students. They will charge you for cleaning fees even if the place is spotless. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued for the lead paint in their houses. The finance is a mess so don’t be surprised when your billing is messed up and they “ surprisingly” charge you more than they should
My experience working with this agency has been terrible. Do not rent from them and if you are renting for them, don’t bother to get professional cleaners and or carpet cleaners they will take your money and use it for upgrades (as others have listed in reviews.) When moving out I hired professional cleaners to clean the house. I also paid 900 to have the carpets cleaned. We have been renting from them for a little over 2 years and have enjoyed our time renting from them. They are fast to respond, reasonable and communication has been great. Highly recommend
