Big Bear came highly recommended by my realtor and I am SO incredibly glad I did. Eric was absolutely amazing! I called late yesterday afternoon, and by today he had us a new water heater and installed. Zero waiting time for anything and his prices were good. Eric fixed the leaking pipe next to my water heater. He arrived at my house at the time he promised and explained to me how he will fix the leak with details. This is what I like. After he completed the work, he cleaned up the work area. So everything looks nice and clean.
