I can’t express enough just how impressed I was with Eric and his service. My sprinkler issue was actually bigger than anticipated, and he fixed it right up and explained exactly what he was doing.
I've used Eric at Big Bear for both home and commercial plumbing issues a few times now and he's been the best. He fits me in quickly and is honest and transparent about billing. He got under our house and was the ONLY plumber (we had 4-5 our before him) to identify the cause of a sewage smell in our son's bathroom (improper P Trap placement). He's been our Go-To plumber for a couple of years now! Thank you, Eric!
