Caution! Be aware!! Please read my review before hiring this company. Mark and his brother came by 8/15/26 to tie in some new ductwork. After about an hour they were gone. They didn’t tell me they were leaving. I saw their truck gone and texted him. He said he had to go get a part made for the job and that he intended to come back. I’ve been an existing customer of this company, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment and never received a return call. Good customer service should include basic follow-up, especially for loyal or returning customers. Being ignored after reaching out is frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, it feels like customer relationships are not a priority.
They showed up 2 days late and gave me an attitude about it. They left before they did any work. What kind of business is this?
Big bear took a deposit from our company and basically stole our money. Services were never performed equipment never ordered. I’ve also found that they do this type of thing with others we are going the legal route with this company unfortunately but stay away from these guys. Bbb A? No way that’s not correct !
Big Bear Mechanical initially did a wonderful job installing my new AC unit. In the 2 years I have had it. 1 year after the tubing was not properly secured and I had a massive leak resulting in severe dry wall damage. After having to be stern to get them to come fix it, they did not fully patch all of the damage that occurred. 2 years after I have another roof leak resulting from them leaving open holes in the roof where the swamp cooler was originally located.
