If you decide to stay in the Trout, or any other cabin, be sure and read every word on the website! When we went, there was no phone and 2 other cabins within a few feet of the front porch, also there is no fireplace in this cabin. It is on the river, but you have to go sit in the back yard to enjoy it, because there is no back porch. The couch is a futon, not much room for a family to watch TV.
