You can't get anyone on the phone. I cancelled just days after booking due to a DEATH I even offered to send the death certificate and they did not care at all. TERRIBLE

If I could give this negative stars I would. The absolute worst customer service. You can't get ahold of anyone. I booked and cancelled all within a span of 3 days due to a DEATH and they would not help at all. DO NOT BOOK HERE
lies and no communication
To all of you who are looking at this house, the pictures don’t do justice to the reality that really is! It is a home that has poor management, they need a pest control for mice, ants, flies and spiders! We had the worst experience , we paid a lot of money to have a week of relaxation, and to our surprise, the house was not only dirty, kitchen cabinets falling apart and not maintain, kitchen pots old and rusty without handles, sticky counter tops, 2 microwaves and none of them work, WiFi connection terrible, TV not working ... read more
I personally don’t post many reviews but feel compelled to inform people about this vacation rental company in case you have expectations of staying at a nice, well taken care of, clean cabin. To be fair, let me begin with the PROS: the location of the cabin was ideal. It was close to everything in town and in a quiet, culdesac neighborhood.
