Incredible service. They weren't just courteous and willing to try to help, they really know what they're doing. I went in with an idea for a bike I wanted which isn't readily available at bike shops, so they offered to build it for me-starting with a great deal on a frame they had in stock. My expectations were admittedly high but, after finally getting to ride it, I have to say they knocked it out of the park. It turned out better than I had even hoped. Can't thank them enough.

By far the best bicycle shop in Pittsburgh! I have purchased 3 bikes here. And when my bikes are in need of repair, the mechanics will have me up and running with practically no down time. Large inventory, but if you want something unusual or not in stock, they will get it for you.
