We rented e-bikes on a recent trip and we had an amazing experience! The bikes were brand new and we were given a complete briefing on how to operate them. We were given a detailed trail map and added their personal preferences! We were in the area for beach combing but now we want to come back to enjoy the trails! The service and professionalism from Big Bam’s is exceptional!
What a great experience with my son. Easy online rental the night before. Very friendly staff at check in and walked us thru proper fitting of the bikes. This was our first experience with an e bike and they were patient knowledgeable on its operation. Easy access to the legacy trail for great day biking. Highly recommend!
Great day for a bike ride and Big Bam Bikes made that possible! We had a group of six adults-rode to Sharky’s then went the other direction and rode about half the Legacy Trail. Bikes were brand new and easy to ride. Those new to e-bikes got some instruction and we were off! Will definitely come back!
Just purchased a new ebike yesterday and Ashley and Phil were great and accommodating.The shop is a little tricky to find, but look for the access road just below the Venice Ave bridge and you will find it. Close to the beautiful Legacy trail. Road my bike this morning and it was WONDERFUL. Smooth and responsive and the motor is truly silent. The only addition I will make is the lectric comfort seat.
