Loved our experience from the first message on. Prompt responses. Quick delivery and pick up of equipment. And their hands on instructions helped make the bikes so easy to operate. We road for hours on a full charge and ended with more charge in the bike batteries than in our internal batteries!! We were exhausted, IN A GREAT WAY! there's so many places you can take these bikes!!! Fun fun fun Thank you Big Bam eBikes !!
We had an awesome experience with Big Bam! We were in Venice for 5 days and were lucky enough to have the bikes for much of that time...it was one of our favorite things about our trip!! The owners were fabulous, the service was incredible and the bikes were in top notch condition! Will most definitely rent from them again!
