Had the pleasure or renting bikes from BAM for the day with my wife while in Venice visiting family. It was our first time on ebikes and we had a blast. This business executes perfectly! The three employees we encountered were professional, warm, gracious and inviting. The young woman who gave us our tutorial and send-off was one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with. Never thought I’d enjoy riding my e-trike as much as I do thanks to the excellent service at Big Bam. Any issues I’ve had they listen and fix in a timely manner. The miles keep adding up…thanks Big Bam!
We were in town from Wisconsin and decided to rent an e-bike. Saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. The price was right. The bikes came fully equipped and the staff was very welcoming and knowledgelable . Next time we're in town we will for sure rent again.
Outstanding experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They make sure the rental bike is in good working order and properly fitted to the rider. Very patient with new riders of e-bikes. I highly recommend this wonderful team.
