Watch out! These guys see you coming and will charge as much as new tires for used tires. I got 4 tires ( one had a chunk out of the side) for about ten dollars cheaper than new would have cost. I was told if they did not have my size then no one else would. Carney stuff, then of course they had 4 at 80% tread. since I am trusting(naive) I took him at his word. RecommendedEvery time I go to Big B Tires I always get excellent service from the time I enter the store to the time I leave. Jose has helped me couple times, enough to remember his name and face and I appreciate him always educating me on my tires. I recommend them! They are efficient && I always get my car back quickly! I have been on hold for over 40 minutesIm still on hold as I’m writing this. I understand places like this can get busy. I tried calling on my husband phone they wouldn’t listen or talk just put me on hold. I do think this is horrible to treat new and former customers like this. When coming to tire sales they are great. Leaving customers on hold this long is horrible

Sent wife in today to get all her tires replaced and one of the techs breaks the gear shifter off and when she noticed it he tells her he can give her 20$ back or see the manager some other time then when she gos to leave the tires stared rubing on fender wells. . Really bad service and pissed off husband today. Will be back to talk to manager

I went in yesterday and got a pair of put on the front of my car. drove straight home and they're the car sat until this morning when I tried to go to work and had a low tire. added air in when to work, returning to the shop when I got off and asked for them to take a look at it. very kind and accommodating and they fix the problem and on with my day I went.
They were busy but got me out within a hour and great pricing and service
