I really tried to give them a chance, but was left very disappointed. We paid the deposit and were given a 4-6 week time frame. After six weeks and zero communication, we called and asked for an update. We were told that it’s “in Jackson waiting on the next truck.” A week later we called back, and then we were told it was back ordered, contradicting what we were told before. Great company to do work with on your kitchen and bath project.
After waiting 8 weeks when quoted 4-6! Then gave me an install date that date came and past! Then said vendor didn’t have an eta on slab being delivered! I call direct to vendor and low and behold slabs are in stock ready to ship! Don’t waste your time !
It started with the owner Mr.Bigby coming out and doing an estimate. He was so nice, friendly, easy to talk to, and informative. It wasn't 3 weeks later, and they were out to do the install. They were so professional and cleaned up after theirselves. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The prices are very reasonable as well! Thank you Big B Granite!!
