As a business owner, I know that reputable establishments use critical feedback to address operational issues and improve. Selectively responding only to positive /high-star praise while ignoring serious customer concerns demonstrates poor leadership and a complete disregard for the guest experience. Clean and fun. The food I ordered was fresh and filling. Good tea. Cold beer. Smiling waitresses. Had a birthday party there and everyone was happy. There are tv's with sports on them. The noise level was tolerable and we could talk with each other.
Can't stress enough, horrible service!!! Not all the people, but the people that night were a pretty shady group behind the bar, definitely the management. Be vigilant when walking in there next time with this group. Good luck. Or, just go somewhere else to spend your money
Decent food and better drinks. Alicia is hands down the best bartender. She's always friendly and promt with service.
