I would not recommend anyone come here. They are scammers. I made an appointment to do a vehicle transfer gifted from family. They told me I cannot do it without purchasing a smog from them stating my family does not qualify as family according to new dmv guidelines. I contacted the dmv and low and behold this information big automotive gave me was not true and my vehicle in deed qualifies as a family transfer. They tried to scam me into paying for a smog when I do not need one. Total red flag. What else are they lying about... read more
