The brands of the parts used to fix my car were unidentifiable. This is a notable safety concern, yet when I asked the man, I was told I was just getting what I paid for.
I’ve been going to B.I.G. Automotive for about 7-years now. Originally from Valencia, I used his services for my Altima and Jetta because he was comfortable with most cars. Now that I live in Los Angeles, I almost went somewhere close by because it was convienient. I’m glad I didn’t because they would’ve overcharged me 100% of the actual cost. B.I.G. Is worth the drive, but a definite YES if you live in the Santa Clarita valley. Hope this helps!
