Did a quick balance and rotate on my tires. Had it riding smooth again in under a hour. Great guys who work fast, explain what might be causing the tire wear patterns to me and even took the time to top off tire pressure and add valve caps. Pricing was very good for the results and the efficiency!
It was a good experience. I was in and out i guess in about 20 minutes. I was there for a used tire. The gentleman i work with was matter of fact. I love people like that. Very little small talk about the business. In and out. I'll be back
So I normally don’t leave reviews for businesses but…..here we are. I’ll start at the beginning, Saturday I got a brand new tire from a friend of my mom, from a company he owns. Yesterday I took the tire with me to Big A’s because they said that it would be $35 to out the tire on so I said okay and went and got it done. Charged me for a matching set of used tires, but failed to inform me that they weren't in fact a matching set. Two of the tires had to be replaced less than a week after I got them. Do not trust this place.
Holy cow I wrote this review and now adding this note after I read the other reviews. They should be shut down. Take a look at the reviews, only people who really feel were cheated would write long reviews. Taking advantage of people is a poor way of making a living. Especially in a hard working community. I've been using Big A since I arrived in Tally 2 years ago. I drive for Lyft and my tires get alot of where and tear plus flats. I had no problems with them until recently.
