Always hit them up for tires.....never have a problem.
To be honest. I'd never had a problem with them prior. As a licensed tire inspector by bridgestone I knew what to look for in a good used tire. That being said. When they were putting my tire on this morning (an elderly man I had not seen before did the labor) they failed to put my VW emblem back on my rim [securely as it had been prior] before finishing. I have gotten reliable tires here many times. Matter of fact, I am getting 2 more today.
Terrible Tires!!! Terrible customer service!!! Needs to be out of business!!!
If you are looking for a place that sells good used tires, don't stop here. They sold me two used tires. It was after we left them that we discovered they were both dry rot. When we went in to try to make this right, they refused and we went to the used tire store in Lake Bradford that helped us out. We should have stopped there in the first place. Good luck if you choose to purchase from here.
Bought a used tire from here and two months later the plug that was in a hole in the tire fell out. On closer inspection there are also wires sticking out. They refused to work with me pretty much said all I could do is buy a new tire.
