They pay on time and are more than fair. Anyone who says otherwise should have their head examined. We removed parts of their building for them and they quickly paid us and helped us do the job! Thousands of dollars contracting. Best property owner we ever worked for! Don't believe me?, ask anyone who works there and they will say the same.
The owner is accommodating and the facility is clean.
The owner had to write the review about being respectable and fair. In my view Egotistical and unfair is more accurate. He feels he owns gold instead of a run down group of multi floor ancient buildings with questionable environmental issues and poor condition elevators. The larger tennants have all left due to his pricing as if he had a one story 30 ft ceiling new structure.
