Hired Big Apple to handle a complex lobby floor and wall restoration project for our Manhattan Co-op. We could not have been happier, from the very reasonable bid, to the quality of work (honing/repairing/resetting/epoxying/sealing 1000's of sq ft of long neglected marble), to their willingness to handle smaller tasks not in the original bid w/ minimal "extra work orders", to daily clean up and working around high traffic areas, to coming in well ahead of schedule. Would rehire then in a minute for other work.
