I tried to book them last minute (day before) and unfortunately never heard back so I went with another service (PreppyGrams) which was great. I tried filling out a form online, calling, and emailing. Posting this so that people know not to rely on them for last minute bookings! 4 stars since I dont actually know their service quality and am not trying to tank their ratings, just trying to share helpful information.
Elvis has left the building! We hired Elvis (aka Chris) to surprise our daughter on her birthday since we couldn’t be with her to celebrate. It was, by far, the best birthday present we could have given her. She will forget the presents, cakes, and packages, but this life experience will last forever. I booked the Hip Hop Pink Gorilla for a 21st birthday in a corporate office. This was so much fun! Bernard can really bust a move and hype up the crowd in an appropriate way for the middle of the work day. Lol He showed up within the agreed window so make sure you time it out properly. Have your cameras ready because he walks in the door in character. John at Big Apple is very responsive, pleasant, patient and professional. I will be using his service again.
