The first time we had them over, service was good and the price was reasonable. The next time we called them for a leaky bathroom faucet. Again, service was good, but they charged $600 to replace a faulty cartridge to stop the leak. Be sure to get an estimate ahead of time.
I was in a panic when I realized I had a sewer issue, but this company made everything easy. They were able to come out the same day, and their team worked hard to fix the problem quickly. The technician was skilled and very professional, and the price was reasonable for the work done. The whole experience was stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommended.
Jason was absolutely amazing! Had a water disaster. Main kitchen line clogged. He was meticulous with his work & very thorough in explaining step by step process. He went above & beyond replacing under sink piping, concern rotting. I highly, highly recommend BIG Apple Plumbing! My go to going forward!
