I called to order from this place and they didn’t answer the phone so I went online and ordered for delivery. Well it was supposed to get here by 8:30 but didn’t get here until 8:50. Everything was lukewarm at best. In the notes I requested the wings be extra crispy extra saucy and they were somehow burnt yet soggy?? And maybe a small amount of sauce at the bottom: photo for reference. I’ve never had any issue with this place in the two other times I’ve ordered from here but this is actually insane and I am so disappointed.

Worst pizza I've had in a very long time, was delivered ice cold and nearly no sauce! Wings were ok!
The pizza is good and the large takeout deal is unmatched, great price and good food. (Only tried their cheese pizza so far, it’s yummy.)
I cannot for the life of me understand how these people continue to screw up our orders, especially since they're not complicated and we rarely order during peak hours. And this is every time. It's almost like they have zero reading comprehension when making and putting together the orders. It's obnoxious.
