Ordered a medium half pepperoni, half mushroom. Woman that took order over the phone was very nice and even understanding when I had to call back and tell her we would be late to pick up or order. The pizza here is always delicious! Definitely recommend! 🙂
I've said what I've said in the pass and was very disappointed but tonight Big Apple put my foot in my mouth amazing job with the pies I'm man enough to admit to a great job as well as a rushed terrible one tonight 5‼️
Big Apple Pizza, does pizza and their customers right. Great customer service, great sanitation score, great food, and a cool atmosphere. I've been a customer since 2009, and always been happy with what I ordered. Today there was some communication issues with the app that resulted in us not getting the pizza we thought we ordered. We called and talked to the manager and they happily made it right, which just impressed us more than we already were. Thanks Big Apple! You're the best!
