Terrible company, my wife contacted them to do a custom cleaning and explained repeatedly over the phone that we had just installed new kitchen cabinets, so the deep cleaning is for 2 living rooms, hallway and simple mop floors of kitchen. After cleaning people showed up they said this is post construction and it’s different rates. Called the company and spoke to Vanessa who said she explained this to my wife and stated that 2 cleaning people for a total of 1.5 hours each and it was explained and recorded over a phone call. ... read more

Kickass - they do a thorough and I mean a thorough job - they find dust and dirt where you think it never existed
Completely unprofessional. I had scheduled a cleaning and left my credit card on file. Cleaners were supposed to arrive at 1pm. I called at 2:10pm since no one had showed up yet even though everything was confirmed only to be informed that nobody was going to come since their cleaners called out. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. As a business they should’ve informed me before my promised time or found other cleaners to come. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know.
