Kickass - they do a thorough and I mean a thorough job - they find dust and dirt where you think it never existed
Completely unprofessional. I had scheduled a cleaning and left my credit card on file. Cleaners were supposed to arrive at 1pm. I called at 2:10pm since no one had showed up yet even though everything was confirmed only to be informed that nobody was going to come since their cleaners called out. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. As a business they should’ve informed me before my promised time or found other cleaners to come. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know.
To begin, they were running late & did not call anyone to let us know that they were running late so we had to cancel our plans for the day. There were 3 in total that came. 2 females and 1 male. The 2 females did a phenomenal job cleaning and I was more than satisfied with the job they did. The 1 male kept dropping stuff in the bathroom and it wasn’t until they left that I noticed that he broke the shower head in my guest bathroom. I had a witness who heard them tell me Monday for services. They did not show up. Then I see a confirmation that they were to come out wed. Once again, boss calls and cancels. Terrible. I would never want to be a regular with them No reliability...poor scheduling. Prob poor cleaning too
