Worst service I ever had and they charged you for the service prior to actually doing it. Scammers do not book these losers. Cancelled 4 times and didn’t show once at all with no call. Total losers
Terrible company, my wife contacted them to do a custom cleaning and explained repeatedly over the phone that we had just installed new kitchen cabinets, so the deep cleaning is for 2 living rooms, hallway and simple mop floors of kitchen. After cleaning people showed up they said this is post construction and it’s different rates. Called the company and spoke to Vanessa who said she explained this to my wife and stated that 2 cleaning people for a total of 1.5 hours each and it was explained and recorded over a phone call. ... read more
