They came to install a closet door. I had to ask them to come back within 6 months as the door fell since the top screw was loose. They fixed it but within a few months the top screw became loose again. I left phone messages and they did not call back nor did they answer to repeated texts. They never came back to replace the defective screw and since then I have to climb on a ladder every few weeks to re-screw the top screw before it gets completely loose and the door falls.
