Seems like this place has changed hands since our last visit within the last year. At 9:30 am, it’s filthy - front and back. The ladies who used to work there were nowhere in sight and their absence is felt. Deeply! The plain bagel had a smear of cream cheese - in the past it was loaded. The breakfast sandwiches were deemed “okay” by my car riders although the smoothie was good. Hopefully they kick it up a notch and improve things because they don’t mind charging at the place (and I don’t mind paying when it’s good).
I just waited 30 minutes for one bagel sandwich. The staff was not in a hurry and there was people waiting. Most bagels were gone. Slim picking. It was ridiculous.
Went downhill. Place is always filthy. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like . The last time this place ruins my weekend. Never again.

We walked in and there was no one in line and 4 patrons who had been served. We waited 5 minutes and 2 employees looked at us and never said a word. We just stood there. Nothing. So we walked away and they looked at us and nothing. We will never walk back in. Shameful and completely unacceptable.
