Worst big apple bagel experience of my life, so unprofessional. I was not treated like a person. Mind you I’m on hopping around in there bc my knee is messed up and they are making me go back and forth the guy behind the counter wouldn’t even look at me.
Stopped at Mt. Pleasant store and waited nearly 20 minutes AFTER our order was put in. 2 bagels, 1 bagel sandwich, 1 cup of coffee. First cup of coffee and many grounds floating so we had to wait for a new brew. I visit BAB often in Midland but No more in Mt. Pleasant. Possibly a little short staffed and seemed a little unorganized. Was not there during breakfast or lunch hours.
Great place. Excellent products to eat
Waited 25 min for 1 bagel with cream cheese. After waiting 15 min I asked for an estimate of how much longer it would be. The gentleman told me 10 min, I asked if it would be faster if I got the bagel untoasted and cream cheese on the side. He said no and that I could get a refund of .39 cents since I used my points to pay for the rest and that I could not get my points back. If you’re busy that’s one thing, but maybe warn customers that it’s a longer wait than normal before placing an order.
Very hostile atmosphere. I had a situation with the heavier woman with glasses bye the name of Beth.I had placed an order Monday at 8:26. I had no issues with placing my order and I had sat down to wait for it with a drink that I had brought in from the outside. When I placed my order Beth seemed to have no issues with the drink in my hand, she didn’t mention to me while placing my order or while waiting that I wasn’t aloud to have my drink in the establishment.
