We love getting bagels and muffins here. It's a fast and yummy place to stop for a bite. The owner is also very friendly and remembers my name, no matter how long it has been since I was last in, and remembers details of our previous visits. Always a treat.

i travel all over our beautiful free country for work and eat at some extraordinary restaurants. places where the owners and employees work very hard to preserve their foods quality and taste. this five star rating is a travesty for a frozen bagel store, and not a fair rating for anyone who is not familiar with this chain store. i have eaten at famous bagel bakeries, and this is far from those.
Although they have bulk items on the menu (for example: mini muffin tins, dozen bagels, etc), they really don't want you to buy them because it depletes their inventory. The owner (wife) can be very nice to some people and quite rude to others. We spent $24 there and the she would only give us 6 napkins. She said, "she can't give me more than that". Big Apple Bagels has a great selection of fresh bagels and muffins in all varieties! They also have a wide assortment of coffees and specialty coffees to please any palette! Their deli style sandwiches are delicious and very gourmet for such an affordable price! Great coffee house kind of atmosphere right around the corner from campus (on Abbott & Saginaw) and conveniently located with easy access to/from Saginaw for commuters! Easy to find...I really like to stop and grab a few bagels to have the next morning on the way home from errands.
The friendliest staff, freshest bagels and muffins, and free wi-fi make for a wonderful experience.
