Oh. My. Gosh. First of all—LOVE this bagel shop. Everything is made fresh and is always so delicious. Get there early to make sure the bagel you want is available because it’s busy and they sell out! My most recent visit was a bit late (10 AM) but as luck would have it, they were making a fresh batch of cinnamon raisin bagels. Fresh out of the oven is life changing 🤤. So amazing! Always an amazing, delicious experience! The staff is also so great every time we go. And their homemade cream cheese is delicious!
Honestly a breakfast/brunch staple of Elgin. Been coming here for a few years now and I always leave satisfied. Love the lox sandwich and I try a different muffin nearly every time. Huge selection of fresh cream cheese, but I always get the scallion cream cheese.
