This morning, I placed a carry-out order and paid for it online. I stopped at the counter just inside the door to pick it up, as I have done many times before, and was rudely told by the person behind the counter that next time I needed to wait in the line, which was five people deep. What is the point of ordering and paying in advance if I still have to stand in a long line just to pick up my order? Constantly out of bagels. Poorly managed based on availability of product
Great find since moving here. Great bagels, was missing Lox something fierce. Moves fast and they are obviously well managed. Process on point even when they look over staffed- everyone moving like clockwork and jumping in to help the line very smoothly. Don’t see this often anymore.
