I have been coming to this Big Apple Bagels for years, and I have always tried to be a patient and understanding customer. However, after my most recent experience, I can confidently say I will not be returning. I stopped in last Sunday after church, and while it was busy, it was nothing out of the ordinary for a weekend morning. What was out of the ordinary was how poorly the place seemed to be managed.
