Not very friendly and kind of dirty
Unfortunately, I’ll never know what their bagels taste like. I’ve always wanted to try this bagel place especially when Randazzo’s is out of my usual bagels. But every time I go, they are closed unexpectedly. One sign blamed their closure on staffing shortages, another time I visited the staff decided to close the place 10 minutes early so I’d highly recommend calling ahead before attempting to visit after 11:30 AM or noon. Just made my last visit to this place. No longer will I accept paying full price for a muffin and getting yesterdays or the day befores muffins. Bought 2 walnut coffee cake muffins for coworkers after talking them up like it was nobodies business. Well both muffins were rock hard and were thrown in the garbage by both coworkers. Thanks Big apple!! Just lost a dedicated customer.
