The cheddar and herb bagel is so GOOD and it was so soft
Reading the reviews I agree most of the staff is rude, not sure why they're still in business.
If I had done this review a year or two ago I would have given food 5 stars. I reduced it to 3 (average) because recently their bagels are not up to the excellent standard of years past. They have a tendency to be unevenly baked (e.g., meaning one side is bigger/thicker than the other with the small skinny side being to thin. Making them difficult to cut evenly in half and also reducing the ability to use them as a sandwhich. I gave it three stars for service because the counter help are not friendly.
