I got 3 bagels and they were all pitiful. They were undercooked, flat and just not what im used to from big apple bagel. The cheddar bagel had a slice of cheese just baked on there and didnt look good at all. Not sure what's going on with this location but I hope they fix it soon.
Their bagels were having sizing irregularities, and they immediately made it right for me in an exceptional way. If you guys experienced this too, I highly recommend coming back to allow them to make it up to you. Thank you for the gift!
had barely any bagels left and this is what I get? Staff was nice so it’s not their fault but this is beyond. Want a refund ASAP.
Always have fresh bagels and their is always someone with a smile to greet you and take your order. Everything is fresh.
They open at 7am on Sundays. Don’t bother going if it’s after 9 and you want a selection of bagels. They consistently run out of bagels and don’t make more throughout the day. If you get there before they’re all sold out, they’re great though.
