The food has decreased in quality and flavor so so much. There's no salt. Everything I try has no flavor. The bagels have awful texture. No chew at all. Mine today crumbled.
Microwaved food, mediocre on a good day. Terrible service. They claimed their credit card reader was faulty and had me run it again, which resulted in a double charge. They claimed they didn't know how to process a refund for it.
Who even the hell was making the bagel in the back this morning (5/11) should be retrained entirely. My bagel was inedible due the he sheer mouth of cream cheese on it. My bagel was nearly soggy by the time I got to it and covered in it. Never had a bad experience until the new owner. Figure it out
