I was excited to find a bagel shop that reminded me of living on the East Coast back in New Jersey. My experience at Big Apple Bagel was not of any bagel shop I remember from back home. I ordered a half dozen bagels, a 8 oz cream cheese and a side of cream cheese for curbside pickup. After my order was brought to my car, I checked it to make sure everything was correct. This is a great, local bagel place. Good choice of bagels and other treats. Good coffee and friendly staff.
We go to Apple Bagel every other week. We usually spend $60.-$80. total. When order is done correctly it is good but rarely is it done correctly. I got tired of our order wrong so I started to talk to the person preparing order. The time in question was the Owner or whoever she was starting YELLING at me (right in front of the dining/seating area) not to go back by the kitchen area. I asked her to please lower her voice.
