Not very busy. Plenty of employees. VERY long wait (>15 minutes) for one bagel with cream cheese..
First visit to BIG Apple Bagels. The woman that helped me was very friendly. I got the Friday special bagel sandwich. Everything bagel, Ham and cheddar, lettuce, red onion, tomato, (added cream cheese) chips, pickle spear and a drink for $9.99. Unfortunately, I failed to take any photos because I was so darn hungry! I ate everything! I will return again when in the area!
Straight up, this was the WORST breakfast place I’ve ever been to. The bagels were insanely mid. I got a Mediterranean veggie bagel with hummus and there were remnants of strawberry cream cheese on my bagel. It’s like they didn’t clean the knife they used on the previous bagel and then cut mine. Keep in mind, there was not supposed to be any strawberry cream cheese on my bagel. The coffee I ordered tasted like water and you can visibly see the separation of the syrup and coffee. This place sucks. Genuinely some of the worst bagels I’ve ever had. They were straight up bread. The coffees were all over eight dollars and tasted like Gas station coffee I could’ve got a Quiktrip for $.99. And the vibe of the employees was strange I asked if my payment had gone through in the employee just stared at me with a blank stare for 30 seconds. It was so awkward. I would never suggest coming here if you’re in Forest Lake save your money On the other hand, the chipotle in Forest Lake is really good.
