I’m a native New Yorker and was craving a good NY bagel. We got sesame bagels and everything bagels with turkey. Bagels were awesome. Service excellent. I highly recommend this place!!
We had the worst service ever ! Waited forever to get our food we asked how much longer and the girl with red hair didn’t have the courtesy to even look at us and said a few more minutes which ended up to be 10 to 15 then when we got our food, it was wrong. Terrible customer service.
Really terrible service and normally wouldn’t review, but I was especially bothered by the way the employees were treating a new hire. There were mistakes in the order, etc which is fine but I was particularly bothered at the passive aggressiveness toward this young gal. Customers shouldn’t notice this! She was so sweet, and learning and trying.
