What’s the point of having an online ordering system if you wait until I arrive to cook the food? I ordered 15 minutes before I arrived and then had to wait another 10 because they didn’t bother too look at the mobile order screen. Great food, great people. Just defeats the purpose.
Bagels are great. Now maybe local management needs to change. Too many things in life now are just ridiculous. This location in particular have a sandwich card where you buy five breakfast sandwiches get the 6th free. Bought two with my wife they stamped one. Went back to get the other one stamped as I was eating they told me only one is allowed per order. Now come on, it's not a hugh deal but really. The Northern Omelette was incredible, but the customer experience was completely ruined by how the staff was being treated. I watched an older employee scream at a sweet young girl named Emma (or Emily) for simply cleaning up her workspace before taking orders. It was totally uncalled for and hard to watch, especially since Emma/Emily was doing an amazing job and remained so polite to everyone.

The service when taken orders by the employee is not very friendly. Often gets my order wrong.
