Big Apple Bagels is hands-down the best spot in town. The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy, and loaded with flavor. What really sets this place apart, though, is the owner, Karma. He is incredibly nice and truly cares about his customers. You can tell he takes great pride in running the shop because the service is fast, the quality is consistent, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. It’s rare to find a business where the owner is so hands-on and friendly.
Bagels are mediocre quality, but edible. Atmosphere is a cool relaxing morning coffee bagel shop. My biggest grip is the staff. They're all young and don't know what customer service entails. They'll look right at you and continue to walk by or just ignore you. I usually have to say "excuse me" just to get their attention. This has happened the last 3 times I've been here. Only thing stopping me from going here is my wife, since she likes them...but she doesn't have to deal with the staff
I love this place so much. The inside is like any stripmall restaurant and isnt super attractive but the bagels and cream cheese are amazing. My husband loves the horseradish roast beef sandwich and I love the jalapeno cheddar cream cheese and the onion chive on a salt bagel.
I have been coming here since I was a kid. They have been here for as long as I can remember. Always the best bagels, the Everything ones are better than anyone else's. My facorite cream cheese is the sun dried tomato. My son loves to come in and pick out mini muffins. Always a pleasure.
Stopped in to grab breakfast on my way to work and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while no one made eye contact with me or attempted to help me in anyway. Very frustrating will not be coming back.
