I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your Big Apple Bagels location in Shelby Township, Michigan, on 25 Mile Road, on the morning of August 10, 2025, at approximately 7:30 AM. Nice and quiet. Usually go to the one on vandyke but they always are running out. This one always has the bagel flavors you crave!!

The food was prepared quickly, the woman working the counter was super friendly and we held a genuine conversation and the food itself was so good!
