Always a great experience at this bagel place. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Food is always delicious.
I went in yesterday and flies were all over the bagels. After speaking with the staff about the flies. Holly apologized and continued sell them to the guy behind me. I lost my appetite and told Holly I would go to Kroger across the street. Today l spoke with the manager Lori , and she asked me was it 1 fly or many flies. Lori continued to make excuses, stating Holly should have sold the ones that the Fly or flies didn't land on. I told Lori I watch the flies go from bagel to bagel. I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your Big Apple Bagels location in Shelby Township, Michigan, on 25 Mile Road, on the morning of August 10, 2025, at approximately 7:30 AM.
