The customers had problems with the staff.All customers. I ate inside.Tables were dirty.And I tried a favorite from another bagel company. Way salty O well.The staff seamed nice to me.I just like the fact that their doors were open was good.But others were not too pleased
I ordered the nova lox bagel yesterday. It was so delicious. Everything was very fresh and they used a generous amount of salmon. I ate in the restaurant which was impeccably clean and the service was very friendly.
I absolutely LOVE Big Apple Bagels in Grafton...but this one is a disgrace to the franchise. The bagel size is significantly smaller than the ones in Grafton...the cream cheese is not as creamy as Grafton...the selection of bagels is pathetic...at 10am a bunch of bagels were out and the staff said they will only make more for a big order...it was 10 in the morning...lots more business time left...Grafton is always plentiful.
