I really like most of the staff that work there. Mikaela one of the staff i am not sure if I got her name right always is very helpful and really goes above and beyond to help me and is always stepping up to help out. Big Apple Bagels brings a taste of New York baglery to the Northland for a fraction of the cost. The bagels are soft, chewy, and full of flavor! Everything you could ask for in a bagel. The muffins are moist, dense and packed with flavor! The best of the best. Workers were VERY rude.
Very disappointed. I paid $2 to add cream cheese to my bagel sandwich and this is what it looked like. I asked kindly if they could give me a little container of more cream cheese and they told me I would have to pay another $2. The cashier was rude and rolled her eyes. I love this place and was so let down I had to leave a review this time.
