I took my 2 children there around noon last week and there was only one young man working in the entire building. He said someone had called in sick. He was very polite. He brought our food and drinks out to us on the patio. My drink was made hot and I had ordered frozen. Hate having to come here but I have to for my work. Unprofessional employees and very unorganized. Theirs one guy there with curly hair who knows what he is doing. Don't bother placing an online order the night before because apparently you have to do it while they are still open because the morning crew can't fulfill the order.
