I love Anthony, their 'first responder' he has great customer service, pays attention to detail is personable and professional. The Dental Assistants and Hygienist are always kind, concerened and pleasant. They make eye contact and explain what they are doing. You are treated as a welcomed guest. The Dentist who extracted my tooth did not introduce himself, made no eye contact, and did not say what he was doing or getting ready to do. Recently while on a business trip to Baltimore I was in need of an emergency dentist appointment. A co-worker recommended Big and Little Smiles Dental in Catonsville. A call got me an immediate appointment. From the phone call to the receptionist on check in, to assistants and then the dentist they were amazing.
