This tire shop has amazing hours— beginning at 6am— when most places don’t open until 7am. The gentlemen are always fast and friendly. I love this tire shop and have recommended them to other people. It’s conveniently close to the interstate too for those like me that have a commute outside of the city.
I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Not only did they diagnose my issue quickly, but they personally took the time to drive me to get a part I needed so my car could be fixed the same day. They truly went above and beyond . That level of care and customer service is hard to find. Fair prices, honest work, and people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommended!
My rim had bent and he unbend it for free and I do GrubHub and Uber so he helped me out a whole lot
I called 3 other big tire stores but Big Al's was the only shop who had what I needed. They were super fast at replacing my tire, very friendly, and the price was great. Def recommend!
I had a flat tire and I always go to the big corporate car repair places for my car issues. I was in a time crunch, found this spot, and Al was very kind, personable, and the replacement tire was extremely affordable. Flat tires are always inconvenient, but I was in and out within 15 minutes. FYI-- cash only, but there are a couple ATM's nearby. Highly recommend!
