Heather at Big Al’s storage in Lucan was very helpful when we first got the unit. She explained how the keys and lock, gate works so well that we never had to ask a second time. The hours were excellent so we could access the unit any time. The rates are very reasonable and would recommend this facility to anyone.! Thank you!!

Fair pricing and great quality storage units. Heather’s communication is always outstanding when there are any issues that may arise during your occupancy of a storage unit/space. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage in the area. I won’t be looking anywhere else other than Big Al’s Storage in Lucan if I need the space again.

So here's the thing, the storage is nice and clean and accessible and is reasonably priced. When I no longer needed storage and cancelled it, everything was good - would have been a 5 star review then. However, I received a call from the manager a day or 2 after clearing it out and sweeping the unit the best I could with a mop. The manager accused me of dropping off large piles of dirt in their yard. I thought she meant the little bit of dirt that I swept out of my unit. Heather was very accommodating and very easy to work with. I stored furniture for nearly a year without issue, and even got a free toque! Highly recommend 👌
