The technician was very knowledgeable and professional he found the exhaust leak which was my muffler and I purchased the new muffler and they put it back on good my truck is running great and it's not as loud as it was before the staff at Big Al's know exactly what they're doing.
I got an oil change there and drop my car off at 9 AM and had it in less than an hour! They have always done a great job there. I’ve been going there for about two years now and won’t go anywhere else.
Didn't get a follow up phone call telling me the parts did not arrive for my scheduled appointment. Once the parts came, very happy with work and price. I would recommend
