Don't judge a book by its' cover We have been using this Big Al's location for quite a while and recently had oil dripping under our Sonata. Edwin, the store manager assigned Vinney to look at the car. Vinney examined the situation and pointed out all the possible leak points which were "dry" and then pointed to one of the valve covers which had oil residue. Just brought my truck in recently for oil change, coolant flush, and rotate tires plus a courteous brake inspection. Shawn is the manager and his mechanics were very friendly and professional. Service didn't take too long and I'm always treated as a valued customer. I recommend Big Al's.
Took our Truck in to get a price on a muffler and repair and Jesse went from $375 to $425. The next day when I went to get the job done the price went up to $664 He had already put the truck up on the rack the day before and swore to my husband and I he would treat us right. Yeah right! Jesse danced all around in making promises he had NO intention of keeping. I will post this on social media to warn others of the shady doings with Jesse at big Al's in Suffolk, Va Beware my friends! Big Al's will not be repairing our truck.

After a terrible experience at another local shop, BigAls was amazing! The manager quickly diagnosed the issues I was having, explained them to me, and fixed them.
