Ive had issues in the past with other franchise shops so ive stayed away from them for the past year. I came in to the location on battlefield and Eddie was unbelievable. I actually had to pull him to the side and tell him that i was paying attention to how he spoke to customers and how truthful and forward he was. He didnt feed anyone BS and kept it as balck and white as possible. I will now not only be bringing in my personal vehicles, but also my company vehicles.
