We came from out of town on our way to Maryland and all of sudden our muffler fell off. We we're wondering where we were going to go or who we were going to use to get our Muffler fixed and in less than 5 minutes we found Big Al's Mufflers & Brakes in Chesapeake on George Washington Highway, we thought that maybe it would take awhile to get it fixed but they got us in and out just like that, they were very kind and friendly and very professional we don't know what we would have done without them so we just would like to say ... read more
RecommendedI would recommend this Location a thousand times over for service. Christopher Sutton the store manager there is simply awesome. He installed a aftermarket performance exhaust system on my Charger where he took his time and the finished product was perfect. Don't waste your time taking it to anywhere else but here.
I want to thank you guys on another great job you did on my old van. Job well done.
They did a great job on our vans. The service writer and tech explained everything that was wrong. We will use them again.
