This was my first order. I like Big Eye Tuna and normally I get all my Sushi from Honalulu Fish Company. I'm a loyal guy but my wife asked me to shop around. Came across Big Alaska and read some reviews. But what REALLY impressed me was after putting in my order I had questions. 4 minutes after hitting send my phone rang. Alaska Seafood was calling to answer my delivery questions. So quality wise I think the two were very similar. Excellent customer service. Even when over night shipping delay was not their fault, they sent another package free of charge. Salmon was incredible and will definitely be back.
The experience I had with this company is top notch! From the moment I called to place an order (had some questions on different oysters), I knew I had picked a great company. Questions answered, suggestions made and I hung up so prepared my order! Had a few hiccups on my end once the seafood was delivered and they were so quick to respond to my email (on a holiday) to help me out! I will never ordered my west coast oysters from anywhere else. 10/10 recommend!
Had some issues with fed ex and order never made it. The owner took care of it right away and everything went smooth. Fish quality is awesome service is 5 stars. I've tried many other vendors and these guys are the best by far.
