Couldn't be happier. Scott arrived really quickly and got my car loaded without issue. He explained all my options and even tried to help us troubleshoot the issue to see what kind of service we might be looking at. Offered to make the tow cheaper by letting us drive it to the mechanic ourselves when it miraculously started, but we let him take it and complete the job as planned since it was covered by insurance and the car has a reputation for dying mid drive.
