I purchased the universal flag holder with the belief that it was the best on the market, well made. The salesperson did a poor job of informing me at the time of purchase that this would not meet my needs. When I requested a return for this unused item I was denied for being outside the 30 day return policy. Discouraging a small business would not make exception for the return.
Great addition to our SeaRay! The flag pole for the tower works well to show our colors, red, white, and blue!
