I pay for the annual fee and my son goes there all the time. There was a young lady named Kelly that was amazing. There were some kids misbehaving yesterday which was a safety concern but she corrected them right away. She also plays with my son when his friends aren’t there. I have seen her assist her colleagues in there areas and train others. My son looks forward to seeing her smiling face when we arrive. Kudos Big Air.
My boys always have a great time at big air. We purchased the summer pass and have gotten so much use out of it! The staff is always friendly and there are a few teenage boys specifically that make my boys want to return frequently. Abraham, Ellis, and Chase Always make sure the boys have a good time they are there to monitor, but they also take the time to talk to the kids, play catch, play tag, and just make sure they enjoy their time overall. We had my son‘s birthday party here today and it was such a great experience! Danielle and Hayley were super helpful, attentive and patient with our big group of 6-8 year olds. The party room is easy and in a great spot and the pizza is good. Definitely recommend!
